		1996-1998	"Vashist Commercial Complex", near DLF's Corporate Park on Mehrauli - Gurgaon Road, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon, a five level two tower commercial complex having 125 shops cum offices with two lifts and a basement for parking.
		1999-2006	Executed many housing projects on plots ranging from 300 sq yds to 525 sq yds at Faridabad in colonies like Ashoka Enclave, Springfield Colony, Sainik Colony and Green Fields Colony.
